How many times have we had to hold up a real estate transaction because we accidentally plugged a monitor into a switched outlet that got turned off? Zero.
How many times have we had to go back to a property an add another two days of waiting because the power went out and shut off our monitors? None.
Our reliability extends to our environmental impact as well. We are a 100% paperless company. Our technicians capture signatures using tablets, all reports are created digitally, and invoices are sent and paid electronically.
This also means that our reports are clean and professional looking. You wont see any scans of crumpled up or stained paper here.
Having accurate equipment can mean the difference between spending nothing to spending thousands of dollars. We only use the best and most accurate equipment to create a clear picture of the home environment. It could mean the difference between a 3.9 pCi/L result and a 4.0 pCi/L result.
Tampering is also a big problem in home buying, it can hold up deals, and ruin the trust of the buyers and sellers. We discourage tampering because our electronic monitors have built in tamper protection. Motion sensors make sure that nobody has moved the monitors, and barometers make sure that nobody has tried to cover the monitor with a box, or open the windows to the house. We even recreate tampering in house to make sure we know exactly what to look for in our data.
Many times tampering has actually increased the levels of radon detected and cost sellers hundreds to thousands of dollars that they did not need to spend!
Radon is nuclear physics and building performance. You shouldn’t need a PHD in either to understand what those results mean.
Our reports tell you on the first page exactly what the radon gas levels are, put them in context for you, and explain what you should do.
We provide all of the necessary data to back up our recommendation in a highly detailed report, and we are always available to discuss and explain every detail of the report to either you or your client.
